National Award Winning Chiropractic Clinics
|
Both clinics from Avon Chiropractic Healthcare have been awarded the PPQM (Patient Partnership Quality Mark) by the College of Chiropractors. They are the first BCA registered clinics in the County to have won the award. The awards were presented at The Royal Society in London by Hew Helps, Chair of the College’s Lay Partnership Group. The PPQM award was launched in 2006 by the College of Chiropractors to recognise excellence in meeting the expectations patients have about their chiropractic care. |
Dr Marianne Delahaye from Avon Chiropractic was delighted and said: “We are proud to say that the award of the Patient Partnership Quality Mark recognises our clinics’ commitment to meeting and exceeding patients’ expectations in terms of appointment availability, treatment delivery, communication, privacy, cleanliness and costs. We constantly strive to improve our level of service and always welcome feedback from patients.”
Talking about the accolade Sue Tame, practice manager at the Warwick clinic, said: "I am delighted the clinic has been awarded the PPQM. We look after people in a very professional yet caring way and it is a testament to how attentive everyone is to the patients needs. Right from when they arrive our receptionists and chiropractors welcome the patients and make sure they are as comfortable as possible."
Stuart Herbert DC from Avon Chiropractic says, "It confirms that we have a very strong focus on providing excellent patient care. We aim to alleviate patient's pain as quickly as possible and to keep them pain free once they are better. It is so important to have any twinges looked at before the pain grows worse - painkillers just mask the symptoms. Chiropractors get to the root cause of the problem. Chiropractic is a fast and effective way of treating and preventing injuries. At the end of the day, we want to get our patients better and keep them better."
